InoCenter collects SMS consent through the following methods. Each method is described in detail below so users understand exactly how, when, and why their consent is captured.
① Website Online Form Opt-In (inocenter.org):
Users visit our website at inocenter.org and voluntarily complete one of our online forms (Credit Application, Subscribe to New Inventory / "Nuevos Ingresos", or the Contact Form). To submit any form that includes SMS messaging, the user must personally type their name, email, and phone number, and actively check an un-pre-filled consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS messages from InoCenter at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions." The form cannot be submitted unless this box is manually checked. A link to this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions is displayed directly next to the checkbox.
② In-Person / Point-of-Sale Opt-In (Dealership Location):
When a customer visits our physical dealership at 5931 Plunkett St, Hollywood, FL 33023, a sales representative may invite the customer to opt in to SMS communications for appointment reminders, vehicle updates, or inventory alerts. The representative verbally states the full SMS disclosure: program name, message types, frequency, that message & data rates may apply, STOP to opt out, HELP for help, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. The customer then either (a) signs a paper opt-in form containing the same disclosure, or (b) enters their phone number themselves into a tablet form that contains the identical consent language and checkbox as our online form. No customer is added to SMS without a written or electronic signature/checkbox.
③ Paper Form Opt-In (Printed Consent Form):
At our dealership, a printed paper form is available with the following language above a signature line: "By signing below, I consent to receive SMS messages from InoCenter at the phone number I provide. I understand message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, I can reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help, and that my consent is not a condition of any purchase. I acknowledge InoCenter's Privacy Policy and Terms available at inocenter.org." The customer writes their name and phone number, dates, and signs. The form is then entered into our CRM by a staff member. No phone number is added to SMS without a signed paper form or equivalent consent.
④ Verbal Opt-In (Telephone Conversations):
When a customer calls InoCenter at (786) 979-0497 or is called back by our team, the agent may ask the customer if they would like to receive SMS updates. Before adding the number, the agent reads the full disclosure aloud: program name, message types (appointment reminders, inventory, follow-ups), frequency, that message and data rates may apply, STOP to opt out, HELP for help, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. The agent records the customer's verbal "yes", timestamps it, and logs the consent in our CRM. A confirmation text is then sent containing the opt-in language. Only customers who verbally confirm are added.
⑤ Keyword / Text-to-Join Opt-In (SMS Keyword):
Users may opt in by texting a keyword (for example, "TROCAS", "JOIN", or "START") to our SMS number. Our keyword advertising, when used, always includes the full disclosure: "Text TROCAS to (786) 979-0497 to receive InoCenter inventory alerts. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent not required for purchase. Privacy Policy & Terms at inocenter.org." Upon receiving the keyword, our system automatically replies with a confirmation message that re-states the opt-out and help instructions.
⑥ QR Code Opt-In (Printed Materials & Signage):
QR codes printed on dealership signage, business cards, or flyers direct the user to our website opt-in form at inocenter.org. The QR code does NOT auto-enroll any phone number. It simply opens the same online form described in Method ①, where the user must manually enter their phone number and actively check the consent box before submitting. QR codes are always displayed next to visible disclosure text describing what will happen when the form is submitted.

Opt-Out Workflow: At any time, users may reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Our system automatically removes the number from all SMS lists and sends a final confirmation: "InoCenter: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages. Reply START to resubscribe." Users may also request removal by calling (786) 979-0497 or emailing trocasxfl@gmail.com.

Data Sharing Disclosure: Mobile information (phone numbers and opt-in data) collected by InoCenter will NOT be shared with, sold to, rented to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

No phone number is added to our SMS list unless the checkbox is affirmatively checked by the user.
② In-Person / Point-of-Sale at our Dealership: When customers visit InoCenter at 5931 Plunkett St, Hollywood, FL 33023, staff may offer to enroll them in SMS updates. Staff verbally read the full SMS disclosure (program name, message types, frequency, rates may apply, STOP to opt out, HELP for help, consent not required for purchase). The customer then either (a) signs a paper consent form, or (b) self-enters their number into a tablet using the same online form described in Method ①. No phone number is added without a signed paper form or electronic checkbox.

④ Verbal Telephone Opt-In: When customers call (786) 979-0497 or receive a callback, our staff may offer SMS enrollment. Staff read the complete disclosure aloud (program name, message types, frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, non-condition of purchase) and only proceed after receiving an explicit verbal "yes." The verbal consent is logged with a timestamp in our CRM, and a confirmation SMS containing STOP/HELP instructions is sent immediately.
⑤ Keyword / Text-to-Join: Users may opt in by sending a keyword (e.g., "TROCAS", "JOIN", "START") from their phone to our SMS number. All advertising of this method includes the full disclosure: program name, message types, frequency varies, msg&data rates may apply, STOP to opt out, HELP for help, consent not a condition of purchase, and a link to inocenter.org for Terms and Privacy. A confirmation message is auto-sent upon receipt of the keyword.
⑥ QR Code on Printed Materials: QR codes printed on signage, business cards, and marketing materials link to our online opt-in form at inocenter.org. The QR code does NOT auto-enroll any phone number — it simply opens the same Website Online Form in Method ①, where the user must manually enter their information and affirmatively check the consent checkbox. Disclosure text is always printed next to the QR code describing what happens when the form is completed.
